If you visit Tokyo on your holiday, everyone will ask you about it. It’s not exactly a restaurant, it’s a night show club with fascinating dancing and singing, many Hollywood creators including Tim Burton or J.J. Abrams visited here and highly recommended. Why don’t you have your own experience?

Robot Restaurant locates in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, the biggest entertainment district in Tokyo with many restaurant, clubs, and bars. Still, Robot Restaurant entrance is shining more than any places around, you’ll be stunned!
Buy drinks at the lobby
If you get a voucher online, exchange it with a ticket at the ticket counter (easier if you bring your passport). The ticket doesn’t include food or drinks. Meals should be ordered in advance, and you can buy drinks at the restaurant, but this is not a must.
A show at the waiting room
Get to the third floor with an elevator. This is a waiting room but the show already has started! Robot-like musicians are playing jazz to warm you up. Have a beer and enhance your expectations.
Get down to the basement and 90 minutes show starts! Unlike any other places in Japan, everything is presented in English here, so don’t worry, this is an extremely tourist-friendly place. If you need an extra drink and snack or want to get some original gift of the restaurant, just talk to nearby staff.
Kimono, ninja, samurai, robot, everything you love about Japan is here, just in the way you have never seen before. The show is flood of light and colors. And you will be able to be a part of it, by using a light stick provided by the restaurant.

When you get out of the restaurant and look around, you’ll see you are in the middle of bars and cafes, the night never ends! The popular Samurai Museum locates nearby, this is a town which will not let you bored.
Currently they have four shows a day, 15:30, 17:30, 19:30, 21:30. Note that they welcome children too, you can take your kids to the afternoon show.
