If you’d like, you can add your name on it and it’ll be the one and only chopsticks for you. It can be in English or if you tell your name to a shop clerk, they can write your name in Japanese!

Hiroshima is well known with its unique food culture. It produces high-quality oysters and the prices are rather low comparing to other big cities. You can hardly see such big oysters in other places, taste fresh grilled ones, adding just soy sauce is the best way to try!

In Hiroshima and Miyajima, you still can find good old traditional shops, and finding local products in those shops is one of the best attractions. In a soy sauce shop, Miyajima Shoyuya Honten, there are many kinds of soy sauces you have never seen in other places, with lemon, garlic, or pepper … We would recommend oyster soy sauce (kaki-shoyu), the essence of oyster will make any meat, fish, vegetables more tasty!
